Lance is the impatient one of the Voltron Force. Whenever he can, he engages people, especially Lotor, in hand to hand combat. He usually wins too. Lance has also been known to break rules and orders several times, and wishes to get back at Lotor and Zarkon for destroying his village when he was a child.
Red Lion is the Lion of fire. It hides in the volcano near the Castle Of Lions when not being flown. While the other lions may melt if they go into really hot places, Red lion can withstand tremendous amounts of heat. It can spew flames out of its mouth as an attack. While part of Voltron, Red Lion holds the Blazing sword, which is used to vanquish many ro-beasts.
